MONSOON BLOOMS – COLORING THE LANDSCAPE

Late summer is a great time to be outside in Prescott and enjoy the beauty of nature!  Award-winning author and illustrator Diane Iverson will teach you how to capture the brilliance of the season on paper.  In this popular colored pencil drawing series, she will be focusing on the wildflowers, birds, and butterflies that can be found in the Highlands Center Discovery Gardens in August. Participants need to bring the following materials:

1. 9×12 Bristol Vellum drawing pad
2. Pencil sharpener
3. Kneaded eraser
4. Faber Castell or Prismacolor colored pencil set
