Arroyo Chico: Water Harvesting Workshop

Join WMG's Trevor Hare and Catlow Shipek in planting native plants and installing rock restoration structures to support urban wildlife habitat and enhance a natural greenway area along Arroyo Chico! Watershed Management Group and the Colonia Solana Homeowners Association are partnering to improve the area to benefit the neighborhood, the arroyo, and the native plants and animals that live there.

So, come on out, masks on and physically distanced (but not socially), and join neighbors and the greater community to learn about water harvesting, native plants and urban habitat, get some exercise, and have fun! 

While this is a great opportunity to brush up on your skills, please remember volunteer workshops do not contribute to Co-op project hours. This will be a physically distanced, mask-on event. This event is limited to 15 people.
