Beavers & Brews: Castoriando con Chelas

Celebrate International Beaver Day with WMG! Enjoy an evening outdoors at our Living Lab featuring a presentation from Ben Goldfarb, the author of Eager: The Surprising, Secret Life of Beavers and Why They Matter, as well as a slideshow by WMG and Mexico-based partners sharing the results of our first ever Binational Beaver Survey. You can purchase a signed copy of Goldfarb’s book at the event as well as other fun beaver swag. It will be a festive affair with local beer, wine, and non-alcoholic brews; Latin Caribbean Fusion cuisine from DC Jumbie Food Truck; and fun beaver activities for all ages!

Tickets are $10 per person and include two drink tickets. This event is part of our spring fundraising campaign, so please consider making a donation when you register. Starting with donations of $50 you’ll get to take home a pair of our exclusive Release the Beavers ceramic camp mugs!
