Citizen Science 101

Join us for an orientation and basic training to become a McDowell Sonoran Conservancy Field Institute citizen scientist. You’ll learn the objectives of the citizen science program, how research projects are prioritized, methods used to do field ecology, our projects and how to become a citizen scientist. The class qualifies as one of the classes taken to meet the requirements for becoming a steward.
