Family Saturday: Rain Water Harvesting & Native Edible Trees

Bring the whole family to learn about building rain gardens and planting native edible gardens. Participate in a 1 hour workshop to learn about native edible trees, shrubs, and seasonal plants, and how they can be supported by rainwater harvesting. Those who complete the workshop can take home a Native Edible Tree Kit, including a native tree, native shrub, seed packet, and mulch. Please indicate when you register if you'd like to take home a kit (limited one kit per household).

 

Family Saturday will include a variety of activities for all ages. The native edible rain garden workshop will begin at 9:30am.
