An Intro to Edible Mushrooms for Your Home and Garden

Did you know that you can grow mushrooms in the desert? 

This class is for the curious and novice growers. We will go over what a mushroom is and the role fungi play in our world. We will also go over some basic cultivation information for oyster mushrooms. An easy and basic cultivation outline is included in the presentation. 

Then we will wrap up the class with a demonstration on creating spawn from store bought mushrooms, so you can grow your own.
